KHPT invites applications from committed and competent persons for the following position to provide Monitoring & Evaluation Support to its new project Prasakthi TB;
1. M &E Officer – Bangalore :1
Qualifications and Skills Specification:
M.sc in demography /Statistics or any equivalent degree with 2-4 years of experience in monitoring & evaluation programs. Should be good at design, develop and implement of data entry software and supervise and compile the same. Knowledge of computer applications like SPSS /STATA is required.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing the Monitoring and Evaluation framework, baseline indicators as per the project need.
- Work closely with the technical teams of the project and partners and assist in designing the tools for various assessments of the project.
- Document key activities and trip reports and share with the line manager.
The candidate will have to travel extensively within the city and shuttle between the KHPT office and Kavin Corporation office. Therefore the candidate should preferably have their own vehicle and a valid driving licence to travel locally.
The job holder will report to Shajy Isac, Director, Research and Evaluation or person designated by him.
This position is categorized under Officer Band in the salary range of Rs. 21,600 to Rs. 25,000 which will be fixed after analyzing the qualification, skills set, relevant experience , interview performance etc,.
