KHPT presented its innovative framework to engage with key stakeholders for food fortification policy implementation at the MNF 2023: Micronutrient Forum 6th Global Conference event held in The Hague, Netherlands, from October 16-20. Agnita R N, Strategic Lead at KHPT, presented a poster drawing on KHPT’s efforts to making fortified edible oil, milk, and wheat flour accessible through both retail and social safety net programs across 15 states in India, supported by the Global Alliance for Improve Nutrition (GAIN).

The poster highlighted elements of convergence and collaboration which, when applied with an understanding and sensitivity to the local context, promotes successful policy implementation and benefits populations most efficiently and effectively.
