Dr. Maithreyi Ravikumar, the Adolescent Health Strategic Lead at KHPT, was invited by the Azim Premji Foundation (APF) to develop a curriculum for frontline staff working with adolescents.

The two-day workshop, which took place from February 10 to 12 in New Delhi, aimed to collaborate with other NGOs to finalize a course that frontline workers can use to implement adolescent-related programs at the grassroots level.

Dr Maithreyi shared her experiences of the Sphoorthi programme (an adolescent empowerment initiative by KHPT) and helped structure an exposure visit module, as part of the workshop.
