Ravikumar B is an experienced Accounting and Finance Manager with a total of 20 years of experience in both the Corporate and NGO sectors. He is working in the development sector for the last 18 years. He has vast experience in the management of finance and accounting in various development sector organisations. He has a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Karnataka University, Dharwad. He currently works as Senior Manager, Finance in KHPT.

He has specialized experience in efficient management of finance and accounting of financial transactions in line with the orgnisational set systems, policies and procedures, preparation of budgets and ensures proper utilization of funds, preparation of cash flow statements, finalization of accounts, ensuring the completion of statutory audit and filing the income tax returns in time. Compliances to statutory obligations, donor requirements, financial reporting to donors, management, etc., financial analysis, finance and accounting training to the unit team and partner organisations, audit and financial review of the partner organisations, and partnership management.

Kishore Kumar has over 10 years of experience in the field of finance, with extensive expertise in financial management and planning. Kishore holds a Postgraduate degree in Commerce (M. Com) from CMR Institute of Management Studies.
